Looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason we are here to assist you with this process. We offer returns within 14 days of purchase delivery. You can return a product for a store credit of the same value as the returned products, a different product of the same value as the returned or a refund of the original payment method.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (excluding freight). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error for example you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Should the return be a result of change of mind or incorrect size/colour purchased, we will impose a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the product value returned, whichever is higher value.
Returns take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse (longer due to COVID). Once received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 7 business days. For refunds, please note that your bank or may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. We will refund you the same way you paid.
Please note the following expectations to our return or refund policy:
- No cancellation or change available after embroidery or screen printing production has begun
- All return claims must be made within 14 days of purchase delivery
- Returned products must still have there tags in place and be in their original product packaging
- Discounted/Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, usage or washing
Before you post your return or requested refund back to us please contact us via email at info [at] tswholesalegarments.com.au so we can issue a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) to you and provide you with a return postage address.
